Digital Builders ("we," "us") is a culture-tech studio based in Norfolk, VA. This page explains, in plain language, what information we receive when you use this website and how we handle it.

Information you share with us

We only receive personal information that you choose to send us. That typically happens in three ways:

• Project intake form. Our intake form is hosted on Google Forms. Anything you submit there is processed by Google and delivered to us.
• Call booking. Our scheduling links are hosted on Calendly. Information you enter when booking a call is processed by Calendly and shared with us.
• Email. If you contact us directly at lionel.thebldrs@gmail.com, we receive whatever you include in your message.

Google Forms and Calendly operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before submitting information through their services.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to:

• Respond to your inquiry, intake submission, or booking request.
• Scope, plan, and deliver project work you ask us to do.
• Keep basic records of our communication with you.

We do not sell your personal information.

Accounts

Some areas of this site offer account registration and login for builders and program participants. Account credentials and profile data are stored with our authentication provider and are used only to operate those features.

Third-party links

This site links to external websites, including portfolio projects, scheduling tools, and social platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
